Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I paid for a course I had to take for my auto insurance. I repeatedly emailed, called, waited on hold and waited for live chats. Nobody responds or has fixed the issue. I have asked for refund and get no response. Every single day I have to wait for someone. It says 24 hours I would receive email. It has been since Friday. I have tried 10+ times to get a hold of someone even through emails. I only have so much time before it's not allowed. Terrible communication with this course. Resolution Sought Fix the problem. Respond to my emails so I can complete and move on, or refund my money and I'll choose a different course. This has been very frustrating

I and my wife successfully completed safety driving course on 9/13/2022, paid for expedite processing, but still didn't receive our certificates. We were trying multiple times contact them by phone and using life chat option. No answers, no any response. Now our accounts with them expired, and no communication is possible. It took so much time and efforts with no results. The duration of each course is 6 hours. Resolution Sought PayPal already returned half of the amount. My concern, that during the course registration process they requested a lot of personal information, including address, driver license numbers, voice samples and many "security" questions. Now it looks as identity theft.
