I purchased a couch from this company in a charcoal gray color. I waited 2-3 months for the couch to arrive and it arrived blue in color. I immediately directed the delivery men to take the couch back in which they replied I should keep the couch because the company would fix the issue faster in that case and they called customer service while at my home and explained the issue. I contacted them the next day and was told I could send pictures of the couch but they couldn't send out a tech just because I don't like the couch. I went to the store and explained the issue with no resolution. I contacted the corporate office number I was given by a sales associate and a tech was sent to my home. The tech stated that the couch is in fact blue and the wrong color and the company is continuing to refuse to resolve the issue. I have documentation and photos of the techs notes on the couch. I was also told I would need to pay 15 of the purchase to return the couch. Resolution Sought I would like to just return the couch without paying the 15 restock fee , since the mistake was made on behalf of the company. I would like any and all money refunded.

I purchased my sectional back in 2020-2021. I ask questions to one of the seller about what the warranties covers before I purchased it. The warranty for 5 yrs. I've also has the brochure of what it covers as well.. I've put in two claims one in back in 2021 and one today (10/23/2022) both was denied. This company false advertising their furniture warranty. I just want my money back what I paid into this policy. I'm not going to wait to five yrs just to receive a credit bonus. People beware of the scam with the policy. I will NEVER advise anyone to purchase nothing here. The quality of the furniture is not worth the money!! I lived alone with no pets. The quality of the furniture should have last longer instead of me spending my on money on it for repairs. I'm preparing my lawyer in this matter. Not because of the money but the principal. Resolution Sought Refund my money. No credit!! If I can give this company a negative 0 I would.
