They should be made aware on how to conduct themselves in the public.

I was seeking a insert for my fireplace. I purchased the fireplace in 2014. I explain to the sale associate that I need another insert, She stated " that there was not anything they could do. I asked could you ask a technician. l help. She said no." As a result, I sought out the manager. I explicated what I was trying to do. She was laying on the display bed on her cellphone. Her tone was unprofessional. She was not very helpful. And, she was not customer friendly. And, her presences was very unprofessional. In addition, she referred to me in my first. name. I think that they need professional development. And, they should be admonished on professional decorum.
