I have sent emails and phone calls to, concerning two issues: AMERICAN STANDARD HOME SERVICES LIXIL WATER TECHNOLOGY AMERICAS 902 W. Carrier Parkway, Grand Prairie, TX 75050 855-225-2183, Option 1) Shower shelf that is falling down. 2) The back hand bar is suppose to brass Nickel not chrome. Resolution Sought Both need repaired or replaced.

We agreed and signed the contract to do our bathroom. Then we chose the materials and said it will install in 2 months. Now contractor came but the problem get started the wall won't fit in our stair so we need to changed the wall that is flexible and won't break, so we waited and they said they will install on December, imagine 4months waiting. Finally They did it, but the problem starts again there's a leak in our downstairs bathroom. So I called them but no one answered the phone and leave a message to call me back but nobody calls back so I call again next day, waited 45 mins to answer my call. So they fixed it but before that it took days to come and fixed it. But it the leak never stops socal them again , same way thing happen waited again, until my sealing downstairs is already wet and need to replace it. Now they saw where the problem but never heard from them since then,up to now my bathroom is still messed and can't used it. They already took my full payment but they don't fix the problem. So now I want my money because I'm not satisfied at all. Resolution Sought Return my money. That's all I want now.
