On 8/6/21, I had American standard install a new shower in our bathroom at the cost of $11415.00 The caulk they used is turning brown and we have city water with a water softener 2nd to none ~ have called 3 times in the last three months and each time I was told some on would contact me to make appt. for repair , but I have yet to get a response !! I only want the shower fixed!! Resolution Sought Make the repairs that needs done. Its not that old!
