Building was incorrectly installed as well as anchored in the ground on 04/30/2024. We paid $12,150. The business is American Steel Buildings LLC. They were hired and paid to correctly install and anchor down the building. The contractors finished at night and I wasn't able to inspect the final product until the following morning. Upon inspection, I took videos and pictures and sent them to the salesman, Chad Burke, who indicated via text that the building wasn't completed and asked that I send the information to the install coordinator Jennifer (no last name given). I sent two emails to Jennifer and didn't receive any response. I then emailed the general email address listed on Carolina Carport website twice and they as well have not replied. The invoice number is 133192 and was installed in Texas by contractor Juan Vela. Resolution Sought Replace dented panels, fasten panels to frame, fix bent window trim and correctly anchor building.
