So i paid over 20,000$ to have this company build me a steel barn. So first of all when they arrived to build the barn i told them right away that the site wasn't level but i could get it leveled if it was going to be a problem. The guy assured me that it was fine that they could get it level without any extra work. And i told him i was going to be putting cement in. So they got it built and left and i called my cement guy and he told me the building wasn't level and he couldn't pour cement. So i called American steel and now it has been over 3 weeks already and now they told me another 2 weeks. And i am trying to start a business. And they didn't seem to care when i told them that. I am living off my savings right now because i thought i was going to have my business started by now. And now they seem like they don't care and don't want to help me. I think this is terrible business and i am super irritated. I have been more than patient and they just keep saying more and more weeks. They said they the soonest they could come out would be 2 weeks but it could be 4. So another words its going to be another month or longer before i can use a barn i paid 20k for. Its completely ridiculous and very unprofessional. I would like to know if there is anything we can do about it. Thanks! Resolution Sought I want them to come this week and fix it. That's all i want is to get it fixed for free. I am not paying to fix it.

Contractors are used to build these buildings and they accept a run which is multiple buildings in a group. This customer was called 5 times prior to the contractor arriving, and we confirmed that the ground was level, per the customer, and our contract. The contractor arrived and the ground was not level, and the customer requested that the contractor wait until he had the ground level, the contractor said that he was on a time schedule and could not wait, but would come back at a later time, the customer said no, just put it up. The contractor made all efforts to level the building with building blocks as provided by the customer. The customer was present the whole time and signed the invoice. Customer did call in May citing that the building was not level, and then called back to tell us that he did not want us to back and repair since he had already hired someone eles to level the ground since he did not want to wait to get it fixed. We made reason attempts to work with the customer, but it is the customer responsibilty to make certain that the ground is level prior to the contractor arriving, and he did not.
