My complaint is that my father law passed away; for the last 9 months been trying to get changed in to mother in laws name and every time we sent paper work in they keep asking for more. Refuse to talk to me after I've been dealing with them all this time and its over transferring 406 share. Which they tell me are worth 12.00 dollars a share. We have sent numerous times the paper work to them and every time you call they need more. Resolution Sought I want the account corrected in her name and to be able to cash her dividend checks which are in my deceased father in laws name.
