Address his safety

Getting on the highway this morning, 6:10ish a.m., at Fulton Road going North in Canton Ohio. Your driver in tractor # 195680 moved from the center lane into the on ramp coming close to hitting the front end of my vehicle. There was no reason for him to move to the right, meaning no traffic in front of him keeping him from moving forward safely. Clearly his driver safety needs re-addressed as I was the second vehicle of many getting on the highway, he could have caused a multiple car accident.
