On June 29 2023 my neighbor had tree in his yard that had bees infestation he wanted it cut down which the tree was extended on my property. He asked me if it was OK cut down and the trees fell on my property he would remove it and clean up in the process my property was destroyed fence my grass dug it where roots were showing he solution was cut roots up out ground left my yard destroyed and refuse to fix it he signed a letter I wrote stating that he would be responsible for any damages and cleanup he refused said that he is not going repair anything I also know of other people he did this and I want to make sure this don't happen anyone else in my opinion this a bad business need to be reported his name is Nathaniel Waters. Resolution Sought Contact him see if he wants settle situation or come some kind of agreement satisfy damages he caused.
