I bought my car from a dealer, they sent my Kia cadenza with an oil leak claiming they fixed it. They however did not. I had my personal mechanic take a look and he discovered towels and pig mats shoved into the engine bay. When I brought my car to American the second time to "be repaired and fixed" they caused a gasoline leak and my entire engine was saturated with gas. This was an extreme fire hazard. They left parts out of my engine, its missing pieces, they used some goopy material to try and stop the leaks in my engine and oil pan. The car needs a whole new engine and is a brand new 2015 car that was in perfect shape before the mechanics made the problem worse. Resolution Sought Taking responsibility and putting the correct work into the car so that it is in good shape the way I thought I had bought it from the dealer.
