On July 29,2021 I took my car to get some work done and gave the the dealership the name of my warranty company and found out that my warranty did not cover anything needed to be done to my car the dealership BMW and pompano Beach Florida wanted to charge me 5400 to fix my car and if my car warranty cannot pay for anything I need and I have stopped payment on warranty so I can save the money to get my car fixed I called American vehicle protection on August 10th and the lady gave me a website to write them an email and I wrote an email and she also stated for me to put to stop payment on the warranty and to ask for any refund that I had coming back and I also wrote and mailed a handwritten letter to American vehicles protection at 2950 West Cypress Creek Road suite 201 fort Lauderdale Florida 33309 on August 10th and on August 18th I received my handwritten letter back from the post office stating return to sender vacant unable to forward so I feel that this is a scam and now I know why Josh Stowe never returned any of my phone calls he called me one day and asked me was I some lady named Gladys and I told him no my name was Annie Vinson and I had been trying to get in touch with him he told me to hold on and the phone hung up and I never heard from him again so I am asking for my $714 that I invested in them I need my money so I can save and get my car fixed properly I'm unemployed and I do not have money to just give to someone I have stopped payment at the bank of $119. Resolution Sought I would like for the better Business bureau to investigate this company and try and get my money back so that I can get my car fixed and put them out of business especially if they are praying on the senior citizens.
