American Water Damage Rescue & Restore complaints

I had my sewer line come apart and so my toilet backed up, shower and tub and my bathroom got flooded 3 times and it also got my closet in my bedroom all wet, some of my bedroom and the little room my hot water heater goes in. So I hired American Water Damage. They said I wouldn't have to worry about anything, they would take care of it all with no worries. They also said I would have a project manager and they would help with everything, help me pick out wallpaper, paint, etc. We'll this has been a nightmare. They did mitigation and they did okay except I had a drain snake ( older metal because it was my father's) and it was under my tub. I went looking for it because my daughter needed to use it and I looked everywhere, couldn't find it. So mentioned to guy twice and just shrugged it off. I told at least 3 people about it even the manager of mitigation and said would look into it and nothing done about it. I also had this tool that holds toilet paper that they threw away and a couple of long handled loofah brushes and who knows what else. Didn't even ask me before throwing stuff away. That's wrong. I'm very upset about the snake. Then rebuild put drywall in and didn't put no insulation in. No drywall put up where shower slides in. The drywall job is terrible. Didn't clean up mess when they were done. Broke my light above my mirror. Told them. did nothing. Then the guy comes that is going to do the painting, sanding, put shower back, tub back, toilet back, put trim on, put Resolution Sought I would like my money back and my stuff back because they don't communicate with you, do what they want, tell them stuff and they don't listen to you and they do a terrible job. Nobody cares. I'm tired of this stuff, I've had no hot water since February 20th. They have a excuse or answer for everything. They are doing fraudulent stuff. So I'm done dealing with them. I want my stuff done right.

I had a water leak and was worse than I thought and had American Home Shield come out and they could not fix but could detect water under the floors and walls. Next day American Water Damage showed up ( I had to file a claim) and I figured my insurance company or AHS sent them. ( I finally know it was AHS) They had a guy that looked around and took pictures and gave me a bid, seemed reasonable and was forwarding to my insurance company . They were paid half and came and did 90 of the work, and disappeared. Was one excuse after the other , I couldn't get them to finish the bathroom, needs grouting, paint, spacers and a worker told me they put down damaged wood while waiting for the new wood ??!! I had to get a pod and they moved my furniture into that until they were done which was supposed to be about 3-5 days. That pod sat there for six months! I finally had to ask them to bring my furniture ( bed) back in because I could no longer sleep on the couch with a bad back. They did and stacked the boxes of all my belongings all along the hall. October will be a year and still not done . They did poor work, bad communication, hard to get a hold of , excuses that they had other customers, I was a customer and waiting for a year!!! I should have been priority! Haven't heard a word so I obtained counsel since they will not finish or reply or let me know anything except a bill they keep sending me for the pack in which my insurance paid and they didn't unpack and put other items in my Resolution Sought Finish the job and leave the 1500$ pack in/out bill out of it. This was paid by my insurance company. They offer pack out as a service and I was never told about . I would like them to come and clean and unpack band so the job they were paid for. I want the 8000$ deposit back because I am going to have to pay another company to fix their mess and they got paid more by my insurance company , way over what the bid was for . Deceitful and took advantage of my situation. Shame on them. !
