The only positive thing, were the two evening front desk staff women on the night of 12-27-2021. They tried to help the best they could but their hands were tied by the owner. Not only were they trying to help us, there were also 3 other guests with different issues, requiring help from the owner, who was less than enthusiastic about her business. The owner was disrespectful to my wife because she nicely asked for a refund for the 2 nights we weren't going to stay because they didn't fix the showerhead that was leaking and do a good clean of the room, as requested that morning, since it was filthy. Our feet were dirty after have walked on the floor for less than the 30 minutes we were there before we went to bed. We got there late the first night if it were earlier we would've requested a refund then and gone somewhere else. We stayed because we were exhausted and too late to go anywhere else. My wife wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt to make things right but after being gone close to 12 hours and haven gotten back and no staff member set foot in the room to do anything. My wife talked to the owner and she said she couldn't ask for a refund but they didn't provide the service they should have. The next day the manager called, before my wife had a chance to call her, and she hung up on my wife before she could explain anything about the issues we were having. We will be contacting the BBB and the pigeon forge chamber of commerce and possibly other avenues to get Resolution Sought My wife and I would like to have the full refund for our stay for December 27th though December 30th for $427.97. The owner and Rick the General Manager only said they could do a refund of 130 and change but do to the fact that they didn't provide the service of making sure the room was clean, even before we got there the first night, and didn't clean or fix what needed the next day I feel we deserve the full refund.
