We checked into this hotel on 11/12/21 and we're supposed to check out on the 14th. We discovered the room infested with roaches, the sheets were dirty, the toilet did not flush etc. Because we checked in at 8pm they would only return my money for one night. I demand a full refund! They also attempted to rerent the room before we had even left without cleaning it! This joint needs the Board of Health to shut them down! Resolution Sought Give me a full refund and shut down
