Horrible experience again by the same employee who wont give manager info!

This place is a scam, the employees at the front desk ask for cash for; checking in before 3pm (advertised on their site and Expedia as 11am check in), key cards, room rate after its been paid through expedia, cleaning charge at check in, ETC.?? The same two employees are rude and waste as much time as possible. Atleast with me, I am a 23 year old man so they treat me as a kid and think they are talking to a pushover maybe?? Either way they are not legally allowed to do this but nobody can stop them since there is no way to contact owner/ management unless given the info by one of the 2 wanna be scam artists at the front desk
