Customer Complaint

After paying off my vehicle I was told since I did not come in the office to pay it off they had to mail my title 10 days after paying it off. On more than one occasion I asked if I could have someone pick it up after the ten days. They stated again "no because you paid it online." They then proceeded to tell me that when they mail them there is a chance it can get lost in the mail and they are not responsible. I had them verify the address I had given them several times. After waiting over two weeks I have been calling and getting the run around about where my title is. Today they tell me it had to of gotten lost in the mail, and they could send me a lean release and I could file for a lost title. My assumption is that they never had or couldn't locate my title to begin with or they would've let me come pick it up. They have given me the run around for weeks and now are putting the blame on someone else. Resolution Sought I want them to give me my title to my car that I paid for.

Receiving a bad car transmission going out. They had my car for 3 weeks and nothing was done with the transmission. We put grease in the transmission to see if that's doing it because that's what the claims department wants them to do and then the AC didn't work. Had to jump through hoops to get that fixed. The garage they used breaks my dash even more than it was. You can't get a manager to call you or contact you at all without having to go into the office and then getting rude with them because that's the only way they understand. I have asked for things to be right and they have told me that they are trying to make them right but it's always having to jump through hoops to get things made right. Resolution Sought I would like to either be given a different car or just have it rode off because it is not even worth what they're having me pay.
