Blue book shows the vehicle at excellent condition to be worth $2,400.00 and car mart is charging us $16,599.00 for the car. Which is close to $600.00 a month. We need them to renegotiate the loan to match closer to the blue book cost of the vehicle. Car mart has made it to where the equity will always stay in the negatives. They put you in a car so fast you don't have time to consider the pros and cons of this is a big scam. This is a state wide complaint through majority of the customers who use car mart. Resolution Sought To renegotiate the loan to match closer to the blue book worth of the vehicle.

They do nothing to help they're only "advise" is to continue making payments. Otherwise they repossess without warning or a chance to resolve issue. This is far from over and they're generated responses are proof of how little they truly care.
