The motor blew up in my car. My car was under warranty still so car mart has taken my car back to fix it ( complete motor swap) car mart has lied to me about when my car is supposed to be done, they won't give me any information on where my car is at they won't give me any information on the update status of my car, I make payments every week on my vehicle. It's never been repossessed. I'm up-to-date on all my payments, and they refused to even tell me where my car is at or what shop it's at. The won't even give me the VIN # on the "new motor" that's being put into my car. Resolution Sought Put me in a different vehicle, one that works since they have my car and are withholding information on where it's at or give me my money back and all the money I've put into it making payments. And they can have their broken car back.
