i called goodyear april 29 2025 and made a appointment for my car for the next morning I had the vehicle towed in between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. I was not able to sit with the vehicle due to being disabled and having a lot of different health issues Goodyear called me around 11:30 to tell me that it was the alternator and they believe that I also needed a new battery they told me the amount that it will cost and I agree to the repair when I come to pick my vehicle up I signed my paperwork and they give me my receipt and my key to my vehicle when I get home I read over the receipt and realize they gave me a refurbished part without verbally letting me know over the phone when I spoke with them , in Michigan it is against the law to not inform a customer that the repair shop is gonna use a refurbished part for your vehicle and you have to inform that customer BEFORE the work starts on the vehicle not afterwards they did not inform me either by letter or verbally over the phone I did not know until I got there and got my car back that is illegal if this issue is not handle in a reasonable amount of time i will be filing a small claim's lawsuit and dispute the charge will my credit card company Resolution Sought refund

I got a 2022 gmc denai Easter weekend when the rear tire blowed out for no reason then the other three are bad with steel belts Separating. Is damage to my camper then week later all 4 tires on the camper Went bad Steel belt separating on them too Try to. Talk to good year, got nowhere told me.It is what it is what they told me.Nobody will return my phone Call the national transportation safety board. They won't even return my phone call. Resolution Sought Fix my truck and save life's
