Very Poor experience!

After taking my truck to good year to be aligned the first time. They told me I needed to replace some parts. I did this, I am a certified auto tech. I was then told the second time they could align it. I dropped off my truck 8.00 no one ever called. I shoed up at 4.00 and payed. Took my truck around the block and returned. The job was not don correctly. I was told to bring it back and talk to the manager. He told me he had fixed it him self and now I needed some more repairs. I told him that I was tired of the whole experience an wanted a refund. The manager rudely told me to bring my truck back and he would put it back to its original settings. When I picked up the truck the setting was set so I could not drive the truck it was dangerous. I managed to get it home. This was a deliberate act. If you need a job done do not take it to Goodyear! The Goodyear company should be told what kind of people are representing them. This guy should be dealt with.

Poor Customer Service!!

Called the business to let them know I couldn't make an appointment and got hung up on. Hire more respectable employees.
