Talking to this company to make my web page for my business online lipps surf wears and said ok let's get started. I asked if there was a contract to sign he said he was working on it he would email it to me i said ok and the total cost was $5000 and i really needed to get moving on site he said he would need half up front $2500 thats for everything LLC, lisc,and logo get it going, so they ran my bank card $2500 and as soon as thst happened there phones were shut off so i called bank put a stop payment on it the bank temporarily refunded the money until they did investigation after they contacted him he told them a bunch of lies saying that he created the web site and the llc so the bank gave him the money back to him and still no contract signed nor a receipt for the money i paid i called and asked politely if he would refund my money he said no. And in the meantime I hired another company to do my Web site and can't pay this company because Americas web designers won't refund my money . Resolution Sought I would like them to refund my money I never signed a contract nothing from this company
