My son and I purchased a Mazda Miata from America's Xtreme auto in April 2023 for my son. The first day the clutch went out. Dealership repaired it. The car had been in a flood but the dealership assured my son that the car was in great condition. The car continued to break down. There is rust throughout the engine and transmission. Westlake Finance, Los Angeles, CA told America's Xtreme auto that the car was a LEMON and the dealership must buy the car back from the financial company. We paid $6500 down payment and the car never ran well and broke down several times. We want the dealership to refund the down payment of $6500.00. Resolution Sought Refund the funds of $6500.00 we paid as a down payment. My son was never able to use the car or it would break down. He needs the down payment to purchase another car for work.
