Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I received multiple calls from this credit that company and when I finally called them back, I thought they were a real company but as we talked, I began feeling a little uncomfortable 10:45 AM shawn answered the phone she began asking a lot of questions. 10:45 AM Shawn answered the phone she began asking a lot of questions including my Social Security number, date of birth, what day do you receive your Social Security check? I got a little scared that it was a scam. I told her I was recording our conversation she immediately said hold on please. When she came back, she said I wasn't eligible. So, we hung up and I called back and asked to speak to Shawn and now it was Stacy no Shawn. Michael answers the phone and he said just a minute, when he came back, he said she wasn't available. I said thank you Michael he said no Zeke. So, it really worried me. I AM 85 years old and hope they don't ruin my credit. The last call was from Jeanette and I asked them please to dissolve all my information. Resolution Sought I asked them please to dissolve all my information.

I signed up with Americor to resolve a credit card debt; and they are with drawing money out of my checking account. I asked them to mail me a balance statement on paper (I offered to pay for the stamp). I do not have a computer and I explained this to them and they keep ignoring my request. I'm 73 yes old and I feel they are not being honest with me. I need help. Resolution Sought I want a statement mailed to me!
