Every time I go to use my debit card it is declined despite having a balance of 12 k plus at all times available. I am a travel nurse and this is my lifeline that they freeze at a whim ! It is harassment! When I attempt to get manager on phone I can't they have taken my money hostage I am filing a complaint with AG as well but they should not be allowed to do this Resolution Sought Explain why my account is being flagged for normal purchases. Apologize, and keep their fraud monitoring out of my account as they keep flagging normal purchases
