I have use Americus Tax before and had no problem, this year 2020 taxes we not submitted and Patricia Tookes closed down since January of 2021 and have a really bad attitude with you call her about and ask her to do her job. I don't have enough paperwork enough of my own tax forms to handle it my with the IRS. And I am consulting an Attorney. Resolution Sought Americus Tax need open the office and do what I am paying them for asap. And not charge me.
