THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER LEFT MONTH AFTER MONTH I've never been told the truth by this company not once every time I call I get a different answer. They called me Friday to tell me they were coming Saturday then Saturday comes no one shows up so I call they tell me the guy didn't show up for work cause we had a inch of snow in New England so I would be guaranteed Monday now here it is Monday I call and they have now NO DELIVERY DATE. ?? I placed the order ten days ago I know not their business days so it doesn't count but when you see a time frame that shows the day you ordered to ten days later and it says it will come by that day I just I don't know assumed it would come but stupid me because it NEVER COMES WHEN ITS SUPPOSED TO. I have to call talk to all these liars to then again get no answers I was left with maybe it will come tomorrow they all lie about their names also because I write them down and call and ask for them in the resolution department and you say a name and they are like yah never heard of them. Of course I wouldn't expect anything less from this awful company. They should change back to a local office and people in NH answering the phone. I cannot wait to get a new propane company for the day can't come soon enough. Please help me because I'm at a loss on how they can actually treat paying customers this way it is truly unbelievable and unfair and something needs to be done about it. I pay my bill on time every month but they can do this to me? Resolution Sought Stop giving false time frames and actually show up. Let me out of my contract with no tank pick up fees for all of the lies and everything they have put me threw. Maybe a discount on my propane for all of the inconveniences you have caused me and for having to call every year to get a rental charge removed when u never should have charged it to me anyways but that's fine you guys can mess up but if I don't pay you won't come or send me to collections you have no consequences and it's unfair.

Bought Propane never Delivered, then ordered again paid in pull and they never delivered. Want to use my my payment for what they charged me for what they never delivered. The most frustrating, very unethical & scam gas company. I just want a refund for services that were not rendered & this tank removed. They read a script, hard to understand because of a language barriers on their part. Resolution Sought Refund my money, never received what I paid for.
