The first piece of mail for my home loan said due the 15th or 16th. My loan is due on the 1st. They clarified over the phone that the grace period is the 15th. Resolution Sought The mail should read the 1st.

Once again, not even a full year later I find myself in the same situation. Amerihome is advising me that mortgage payment is going up because of no escrow. I have not received any mail concerning this and cannot find anything concerning this on the online portal. i reached out to Mrs. Marrissa Solano 1-747-212-9679 who handle the issue from last year after I filed a complaint. I'm currently paying extra to fulfill this last error and now I'm being told I have to do the same for another error. Resolution Sought To make contact with me, I'm tired of being on hold for 2 hours and speaking with rude customer reps who later tell me I'm mot sufficient.
