Frank the owner of Ameripride fence came unlawfully into my property and illegally took the gates off the fence.

This complaint follows up a criminal charge that I have filed with the north Versailles police dept. Frank the owner of Ameripride fence after attempting to harass me for payment that was due from my former room mate who is now deceased came unlawfully into my property and illegally took the gates off the fence. When told the police were on the way he threw the gates into his truck and left. The police found him and let him know this was a crime . He was given the opportunity to return the property or face charges. It seems at the time he has chosen the later. This should be heavily considered upon reviewing the contractors lic for future reference
