We had a sales person arrive at the house in November I was forward with him from the very beginning we were wanting black framed windows He let me on over and over again about having windows powder coated or painted and it would not be a problem and then of course I just got done with covid I wasn't feeling very well I asked him seven different times that I wasn't comfortable on signing any contract and he was very persistent of course that's my fault I caved in Long story short they don't even carry black windows I've been in bad health for months I was supposed to have back surgery on January 5th and again on Monday the 28th of February they send me contracts on my phone that I did initial some of them and then the gal I dated I guess initialed some when I was in the hospital and then when the order came out it came out all white windows except for one chocolate frame that they said was their mistake cuz they don't carry any other color than white they should have never even came into the house knowing that they don't carry any color but white and knowing I had four other estimates all in black windows and I had no desire in white they've threatened me they've been very inconsiderate of my health concerns They will do anything and everything just to get your signature on a contract and mislead you in any way I tried to tell him and they had no business even coming into my house from the get-go when I told him I have no desire than any color but black frame windows Resolution Sought I want my $2,000 back I wanted apology and I want them to leave me alone

I have attached the contract that Mr Faulk signed clearly outlining that he paid for white windows. I have also included some telephone calls where he used beyond inappropriate and acceptable language and accusations so you understand what we are dealing with here. Ameritechs position is this, he paid 2k down, he is contractually obligated to pay 40% if he cancels after the 3 day right of rescission, which he did. If he decides not to pay the 40%, I will turn this over to our collections department by mid week next week. Mr Faulk not only signed a contract stating white, he also signed an amendment a few days later, also for white windows. I will forward the call recording in a separate email since it is a large file. We have zero intention of refunding any money as he ordered white windows, we will not apologize to him for him cussing us out and if we dont receive the remaining balance due by next Wednesday, I will send to our collections department and our legal staff.
