have put in my application last month on the 16th. Trying to get a answer if I'm approve or denied. I went to the office and talked to the young man and he said everything was okay and then on the 14th of this month telling me that they couldn't see my pay stub and something else that could of told me last month. I have been lied to and they want answer my calls Resolution Sought I would like for them to tell me if I'm approved or denied. I meet all of there requirements

Hello, In responding to the above complaint, we notified the applicant the payment method was declined and she needed to use a different form of payment. The applicant brought in a money order on December 6 and this is the date the application process began. It can take up to 10 business days to complete an application. The tenant came to the office for an update on December 18 and was notified the homeowner had not given approval to us by December 18. We are also waiting on the credit report approval before we can proceed with any confirmed approval.

I was called today and lady named Lisa stated to me that I had to pay $160 dollars for pest control. I called them a week or two ago about the ant and roach problem I was having at 3123 W. 22nd St. The lady I spoke with told me to call the pest control place and he would bring the bill to the office and they would take care of it. Please help me. I'm a100 percent disabled veteran battling lung cancer. Resolution Sought Please call me and let me know what you can do to help me please.

Thank You for your email. This is a tenant who recently moved into our property in October 2021. The home was recently rehab and free from pest infestation at the time of move in. Our lease provides a clause stating we do not provide services for certain pests in a property including roaches which the tenant had a complaint about. He signed the lease with the understanding we do not take care of roaches. He contacted our office and we told him if he would like to have a professional visit his home at his expense he was welcome to do so. He contacted an extermination company and had them send the bill to us. We did not approve nor dispatch a service with the exterminator and we are not responsible for a contractor invoice the tenant ordered for a service he requested. The invoice is between the tenant who ordered the service and the contractor who performed the service and not the property management company who did not order or approve the service. The exterminator is aware of our policy and is not holding us responsible.
