I was ask to pay a 120.00 community fee during my application process along with my deposit (50.00). I was told 3 or 4 days later I was approved. then they complex called me and denied me through due to credit I assume, was never told. I was told that I would receive my 120.00 community fee back. 5 days after the denal. It's been over a month . I've and NOTHING. Not a call back always the answering service. Beside last week. And they told me they would find out when it was sent. Week later. Here I am. I want my 120.00 community fee. I don't live there. And report they way they do and handle people's money and professional attitudes. Resolution Sought My 120.00 And marks against the way they conduct business.
