I placed an order online at the business website- https://loveamika.com/pages/about-us I ordered the moisturizing value set and payed $50. I was then sent the wrong product that was at a much lesser value and I called, emailed and tried chatting more than 4 times for each way of contact for over a week with zero response back at this. This is a scam and I'm very upset and frustrated! They stoked my money and I didn't receive the product I ordered. My order number is 1532101 Resolution Sought I want to receive the product I payed for and if they are not able to do that then I want my money back in a full refund. This is very unacceptable!
