I paid this company $8,000.00 to build a patio section at the bottom of my property. It looks nice, but after months of winter I went to plant raised beds on the patio section and the company did not reinforce the sides of the brick and when stepping in a couple sections the tiles give way. My son, a couple workers, and I have all stepped near the edge and had tiles come loose causing us to loose our footing and twist our ankles causing us to almost fall. It is not safe. I have called and sent texts to this company and they ignore me to take it right and will not call back. It is so frustrating and if someone gets hurt and they continue to ignore me I want some recourse. Resolution Sought Return and secure the edges of the tiles that are loose and not secured and one that is falling below the others. The job looked great when they were done, but it simply is not safe and dangerous.
