Order# 25460. Ordered a package deal of 2 chairs, 2 ottomans and a small table on April 17, 2023. I have received 3of the 4 packages by August 2. I have not received the final package of a base to a chair. I have prepaid for my order. I have contacted the company many times to get an update and always some excuse and saying they are working on it. A reasonable waiting time has been exhausted by this company. The company does not update the consumer. I have called many, many times and get nowhere with them. Resolution Sought To receive the last package to my order without any more delays. Also to be compensated for the long delay.
