The first week my check light came on took a week i had to call back then pet took a week to hit me back to make a appt then went in Wednesday they expose to fix the problem but the same codes pop back up saying i got to fix it because my warranty is up Sunday yesterday I feel like i got messed out of money Resolution Sought I would like it to take it to the Mustang dealership to have them fix the problem because I took it to them before and they seem like they couldn't fix it

I bought a Car 08/30/2024 from above dealer immediately a red caution light came on the restraint system was malfunctioning seat belt airbags I returned to dealership was told to drive it perhaps the detailer may have got water in the system that night the check engine light on I returned the car to dealership to be to that no one was there to look into this matter until Monday which was Saturday so I waited for Monday to have them look into this matter they kept the car took to a mechanic which solve the seat belt problem and the the aftermarket Air intake system on this car needed to be replaced with original intake system however I was told they had taken care of this for three weeks returning the car back to the dealer with the same problem to be told it was just a holes that need to be replaced however I have the copy of the receipt from their mechanic and BMW that say the same has to be done on this car replacing the air filters which the car will not pass emissions in Maryland this cost according to the BMW estimate that I have it's $4,000 and $869 for repair I asked them for four weeks to repair this issue has went on pass the 30 days warranty but never resolved same issue I don't trust them anymore just want money to repair this car won't pass emissions Resolution Sought Return my full amount to the finance institution as desired or the money to repair this vehicle correctly to pass emissions
