I had amramp put in rental ramp. They said they didn't have one for my door so I would have to buy it. I purchased the ramp only to find out it doesn't fit now their telling me it's nonrefundable. They never disclosed that to me at the beginning and I never signed anything saying it wasn't returnable. Resolution Sought Give me my money back.

No, I am not satisfied I would like my money back for ramp they never said it was non refundable or at least try to make good and give me 2 months rent free that would equal amount of ramp their apology means nothing to me.
