I have a tracking device on my automobile With TheftPatrol and it hasn't been on for over a month I repeatedly tell them and it is still not solved . Resolution Sought Refund my 750 dollars for the 3 years contract . I had the tracking only worked for a few weeks

Customer first contacted us on October 20th. Tech Support shows device is working. We have been calling customer to schedule a tech to inspect device and replace if necessary. No callback from customer to schedule. Please note: Customer paid VW of DTLA for device and was charged in their contract with the dealership. Any refund info would have to go through their finance department.
