Garbage cart has been taken by the Am Waste co. Twice without explanation. Been one month this time and no cart has been brought to me. Supervision will not return phone calls. No satisfaction as of today 07/26/24. I have been told to place garbage on the ground but if animals destroy bag that I am liable for the clean up. I only want to have the service that has been paid for. Resolution Sought Simply provide me with the garbage cart that has been promised so garbage can be removed. Also credit my account for the month that garbage has not been picked up by the Am Waste Company.

I'm a Registered Nurse residing at Birmingham AL 35214. I'm having serious issues with this AM waste company that's been the worst trash pick up since my 19 years in my home. It's the holidays and these people have taken my money and not picking up my trash. A customer service representative hung up on me after lying to me last week that this Wednesday would be restoration of my services and return of my trash can. First of all I thought my bill was paid for the quarter because there was no notice that service increased from $39+ to $75+. They took my garbage can (which has never been done). I promptly called AM waste when I realized my trash can was missing and was told that I was pass due (although the last time I paid 8/16/22, I was told that my payment was up to date and would be due again in December'22). Each representative has a different report. I feel like this company is purposely causing confusion to extort extra money from customers or at least me and I need justice. I had to bring trash back into my home due to all kind of animals tearing through bags left outside or in my shed. This is a serious health issue because the smell is unbearable. I think for any company to operate and/or treat customers as such is criminal and there is no way they should be allowed contract. I know now as I look through payment records that I've been over charged and when I request a refund, I'm being told that it will take 6 to 8 weeks fo Resolution Sought Refund all money for poor service & communication.
