I payed for my product in full April 3rd and have not received anything. No tracking number. I have reached out numerous times to cancel and requested a refund and the REFUSE to refund me my money. I am most certain at this point this company is running a scam. Resolution Sought Refund my payment of 96.30

I paid for a product on August 4, 2024. I never received it. I contacted the company. I was told that I would be receiving a refund. I received nothing! This is the second time this has happened with this company,. I refuse to let them do it again. Resolution Sought I want my money and no further contact from them.
