I canceled my insurance policy and bought another insurance policy with infinity but I I paid my insurance up with actress in advance so they did not return all my money back to me and it won't give me nothing in black and white they want to tell me verbal please can you help me I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income what do I do please help me if you can Resolution Sought I would like like for you to help me get my money back and to let them know they cannot do people like this, take their money and don't give them nothing in black and white as far as writing it down for them, they want to tell you verbally. I think that's very unfair I paid them in advance why can't I get my money back.
