We we're in a contract with Anchor Management to manage our rental property at 2421 Beachview Dr H 06 Ocean Springs MS . On 1/ 5/22 Candace Hollingerr advise us by email that our renters signed a new renewal lease signed by tenants 11/1/21. On 9/6/22 Candace sent us an email advising us that the tenant moved out recommending we have the electric put in our name . We asked her about the September and October rent and we're advised the tenant booked on them and all we have is the security left at that time we told Candace we would like her to advise the renter that they have a balance due of 3000.00 for 2 months rent and 800.00 cleaning fee. All we received was Security deposit 935.00. Leaving a 2,000 balance . We have been trying to contact Candace /Anchor Management for 2 months now with no return call or email . Resolution Sought Fullfill the contract. $2000 rent and cleaning fee is still due to us per contract.

The tenant of unit H-6 skipped (moved out without notice, prior to expiration of lease; she did not leave a forwarding address). The security deposit was forfeited and paid to owner of condo, along with additional funds to cover the remaining rent for the month of September. Regarding contact with the owner of the condo, I am sole prpprietor of Anchor Real Estate and was in the hospital having brain surgery while all of this was occuring. The situation is resolved. No other money can be recovered without a forwarding address from tenant. I have explained this to the owner via phone conversation and email. I'm sorry this happened to the owners, but unfortunately, this occurs when investers purchase properties as rentals occasionally.
