I requested to cancel my contract with the company after receiving a call stating they needed to comeback to my home to remeasure the windows because they lost the measurements. I signed the contract in July 2023. After I filed a complaint with the loan company, they were told that they didn't lose the measurements they just want to verify the measurements. In addition, they first stated to cancel, I would have to pay them 20 of the total contract of 35.000. Later they changed the 20 to 50. Once I got the GreenSky involved, that 50 changed to 30. I was told that I would be left with a bill of 10.000 and the window company would have to refund 5,200.00 . I asked if I would agree to this settlement, would I get 10,000 of Windows installed. The answer was NO. I would just lose 10.000. To this date, October 12, 2023. No Windows has been installed. I did ask how are you going to order windows without the correct measurements. The manger from the window company stated they will still need to come back out to verify the measurements. Now they've been out several times taking measurements. I was also told that I must give them an answer by this Friday because if they don't get the windows in within the 6 month timeframe. I would have to reapply for the loan to get the windows. This manager has changed his story different times. The following is a copy of the voice message: "Hello Miss Carson this is Anthony for renewal by Andersen got a message here from Grange? Resolution Sought Refund all of the money they received from GreenSky loan company. Or install 10.000 worth of windows. Giving away 10.000 on a retired teacher's salary is not an option. Please help me.

I had a horrible experience with this company. The windows weren't the quality that it should have been. The windows sweat meaning water is dripping off of it in the summer and winter. I have a picture of it this summer during dry weather, no rain or whatsoever leaving water like sweat on the windows. Anderson Windows has me connected with a loan company named FCC Finance LLC out of Dallas, Texas. We have not benefitted from the windows just incurred an enormous bill that I feel we should get some consideration on. This will be my second complaint. I just know that I will never do business with this company. I can produce pictures of the windows. I am a very dissatisfied with both these companies: Renewal by Anderson Windows and FCC Finance LLC. Resolution Sought Even if I can't be credited for all the monies back because it has also incurred $2,400 interest in additional to the $7,000, I would be appreciate being compensated so I can work something for getting the bill paid off and never fool with them again.
