New roof after damaged from the Duratio. This company is trying to invoice me for $7,348.20 more than what I owe them. I hired this person as a general contractor at the advice of my public adjuster. My adjuster explained to me that the only way I would get back the 10 fee for his administration fee was if I had a general contractor. I followed his advice and hired one of the two contractors he suggested. My contractor received 20 overhead and profit, and it was agreed that I receive 10 off the final invoice. The GC mentioned this himself in an email to me. The insurance paid me $32,646.60 for a roof and skylights. Aaron Andersen invoiced me for $34,730.24. At the end of the invoice it was agreed that I was to receive 10 to cover the expense of my public adjuster. I did not only not receive what was agreed upon but the final invoice sent to me was $2,083.64 more than the invoice my insurance company paid me for him. I had paid a total of $20,899.16 to date and his invoice only reflects $18,899.16. That is an additional $2,000.00. That a out and the 10 administration fees comes to $7,348.20 difference in his favor. This company misled me and now Andersen's services is attempting to price gouge and embezzle my funds. He threatened to charge me interest!!! On money I don't owe him? He did not apply for a building permit for my roof and skylights until I discovered it and the roof was done. I asked him 31 days ago to file a $10.00 certificate of commencement Resolution Sought I'd like to see them do the right thing! Face the truth and quit trying to extort money from me. File the proper required papers for a certificate of commencement.

Company states; The allegations in this complaint are completely false. My invoices to her show all payment made. Also, the insurance company had agreed to all my pricing and homeowner was paid in full for the amount I invoiced for. Other claims awere not agrees to in any contract. Homeowner was mailed a letter from my attourney last week for final payment again. A defemation lawsuite is being drafted this week for false reports in this letter.
