Andora has been great up until about a month ago. They failed to clean my downstairs but charged me full price for cleaning my house. Next clean I received a call from Annie the front desk lady stating that brittany the cleaner had to leave early because she had to go to another house since someone called in. Half my house was cleaned they broke my master bedroom door. Annie the front desk lady called brittany the cleaner and stated that I was being a bitch to her and that brittany should leave before I came back home. I have the whole conversation between brittany and Annie on my indoor camera. I called andora atleast 20 times yesterday to figure out what the price of my clean would be. Left multiple messages, texts and no reply. Resolution Sought Refund my last 2 cleans
