I bought a used 2010 Honda odyssey van from them , the first issue it took them forever to send the paperwork for my plates then I had the oil changed at Walmart and they found a machine bolt glued in the oil pan as the plug. When I called the dealership they told me they changed the oil there but from the top. They didn't drain it so she had no idea what I was talking about. I don't believe that at all , this is the first and only time I have heard of taking the oil out from the top. I know it is illegal to do this and to sell the vehicle that way Resolution Sought I want my money back. Now I have no clue what else they did to the vehicle illegally to sell it
