They sold me a car and said the bank would only allow this car. Cheaper newer fewer miles on other cars I wasn't allowed to see but this one when I wanted a truck from start. The car wouldn't start the second day. Same time I noticed signs of a wreck by the windshield and on quarter panels. Transmission went out after I begged to not be put back into it as a death trap multiple times to multiple employees who told me it was very safe to drive it till Monday then I was almost killed down the road when losing RPMs on the expressway and a semi locked up so closely coming to a stop on a rush-hour expressway I could almost touch the grill. Got it to move only in reverse and got it off of the expressway myself because they didn't come for over an hour due to me being mad. That was 2 weeks into multiple times repeating to them I didn't want a car bc of my back surgeries and my career with my side gig selling antiques I needed a truck. The cars I couldn't get in and out of without pain and it was ignored that my spine was fused and I had issues with that also. There was a loud sound after 2 weeks in shop for new transmission 6500. They paid. It happened again in November they refused to tow it. It also had everything wrong in the front end but the axle proved it was very dangerous. I was told I could have a truck in 6 months and I was sent inventory then. I had the truck financed, picked, out day off they said "their manager lied to me and to try 18more months in my death trap". Resolution Sought I want to be compensated for the losses this car caused me. It destroyed my entire life financially burdening my credit report after I had repoed due to it again not running and broke. I am in ruins over this car when I had a job that me and my boys were doing very good surviving with. An apology the truck I wanted my home my pay I missed bc of all 8 points they took. Discrimination of me being a girl, emotionally pain and stress of being in ruins ! What's the price on that!?

Ms. Long purchased a preowned vehicle "As-Is" The dealership made right but putting a new transmission in the vehicle the first time there was an issue. Ms. Long has owned the vehicle for a little over two years. The current issues that Ms. Long is having would be her responsibility to fix. As far as purchasing another vehicle, specifically a truck, financing is up to third party lenders and not the dealership. These lender will, from time to time, require proof of income, insurance etc. to approve a loan. Ms. Long would have to meet all of the lender requirements to purchase another vehicle.

I purchased a BMW from Andy Mohr three weeks ago. The trunk springs were broken. I did not notice a problem with the trunk until the salesman ( De-Jaun) brought. His response was be careful because when opening the trunk will pop hard and fast. Resolution Sought I would like for Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon to repair to repair the trunk. De-Jaun his saleman that sold me the car noted that the trunk was dangerous and needs to be fixed. Note he told me this after I bought the car. The car is dangerous with the trunk like this.
