I purchased a 2012 Buick LaCrosse Premium for 6700 cash. The vehicle engine went out in 30 days from the purchase date. I returned the vehicle immediately to Andy Mohr and to no avail they told me they will not help me and your going to have to trade it or purchase a new engine. I explained to the GM that I paid cash in full and this was wrong I did not do anything to deserve this treatment and it should be rectified by fixing or trading for equal amount I paid in full. They declined and sent me on my way. Now I am out of a vehicle and 6700 dollars. This is horrible business. Resolution Sought Exchange for vehicle of equal value or cash back.
