I placed an order on September 19, 2024 and paid $76.00 for two products. I never received a confirmation email or the order number. I emailed the company several times and sent screen shots showing where I had been changed but never received my order. I have reached out to them via email and their Instagram page but received the same automated reply. They have now stopped answering my emails. It has now been over a month and I have not received my order or a refund. Resolution Sought Send me the products I ordered or give me a full refund.

Ordered a product from their website on 5/20/24. I have never received shipping information on the product. I have attempted to contact via email and Facebook messenger 4 times and no one has returned my message requesting a refund or completion of my order. The date is 7/20/24, so two months and there's been no update or contact. K believe the company to be a scam. My order number is AS4642. Resolution Sought Issue a refund. My order number is AS4642.
