During my initial phone consultation I did make Aleisha from Angel Longevity Medical aware that although I was receiving unemploymnet benefits I had a rather large savings account set aside for emergencies. I intended to get well in order to get back into the work force. I wanted to find the root cause of my fatigue and hot flahes. My 2nd priority was the shoulder pain from a work related injury and at that moment the doctor seemed somewhat disappointed and asked me if I was working. (Matter of fact 26 million jobs have been lost and 6 million people have applied for unemployment benefits as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.) The doctor told me that she couldn't help me and adviced me to go see an endocrinologist (hormone doctor). Ok, my bad, I thought Angel Longevity specialized in hormone treatment. So, I found Dr. Vahe Melikyan from Innergy Integrative Medicine in Glendale via Google search. Dr. Vahe went over my hormone lab test results. My progesterone, estrogen and testosterone levels were very low, my thyroid was at normal range, etc. We also discussed PRP therapy for my shoulder pain. Not once did he ask me whether or not I was employed. He was very professional and educational. I started on HRT a week ago. Shortly thereafter he did an ultrasound on my shoulders and 2 days ago I started on PRP therapy. The next health issue I intend to tackle is Candida. I am on my way to healing and recovery after well over 9 yrs of suffering. My doctor has been very caring and his medical team treat me like a very special person. Unfortunatley at Angel Medical Center I walked out of the clinic feeling like an "unqualifed low life." Now I know what my friend Sheila meant. I was determined to get treated for my medical issues and nothing was going to stop me, not even the COVID-19 Pandemic! I've got basic marketing skills and I'm referring well over 75 men and women to Dr. Vahe Melikyan.
